One of the smoothies he likes the most is the pomegranate regenerative smoothie, which is perfect to recover at the end of the day and also to start the day with energy. It takes no more than 5 minutes to prepare and the benefits it has for the body are almost infinite.
RED SMOOTHIE WITH ALOE JUICE WITH POMEGRANATE AND FRUITS
Ingredients for 1 person
1 small pear
1oo ml aloe vera and pomegranate juice Green Frog
A pinch of ginger (optional)
- Add cold water and ice to make it more liquid.
Preparation and suggestions
Blend all smoothies and drink slowly. This smoothie can be taken as breakfast, afternoon snack or as a snack at any time of the day, always separately from dinner. Remember that vegetable smoothies, unless they contain the necessary nutrients for our body, should not replace the main meals, but complement them.
If you make it more liquid (by adding water), it will take on the texture of a juice, and can be a refreshing drink for hot days. In this case, store it in the fridge and add lemon juice to slow down oxidation. Put it in a dark bottle and cap it tightly. Consume within 8 hours.
